KS1 Primary Teacher - Worthing

Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate and committed KS1 Primary Teacher for a client school in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming school community and inspire young learners to reach their potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.

  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and active participation.

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.

  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students.

  • Use a variety of resources and techniques to cater to different learning styles.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of attendance, progress, and other essential documentation.

  • Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to promote the success of all students.

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices.

  • Organise and oversee school trips, extracurricular activities, and special events.

Contract Details:

  • Location: Worthing

  • Start Date: September 2025
  • Position: KS1 Primary Teacher

  • Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm

  • Hours: Full-time (8:30 am - 4:00 pm, including parent evenings)

  • Pay Rate: Minimum 150 per day

Candidate Requirements:
