Aspire People is currently recruiting multiple supply teachers to join our live pool of staff for placements in local primary schools. Whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or a full-time commitment, we'd love to hear from you. We're seeking qualified professionals who know how to create a calm, engaging learning environment and who bring both confidence and compassion into the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience teaching in Key Stage 1 in the UK
Proven behaviour management skills
A clear understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
A friendly, approachable personality that fits well into any school team
A proactive and adaptable attitude when working with different settings
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) no application will be proceeded without QTS
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service - or willingness to apply for one
Up-to-date safeguarding training, or willingness to complete it before starting
