Your new company

Here at Hays Education, we have many partnerships with local schools across Bristol, including this school in Central Bristol. We are currently recruiting for a KS1 Teacher to join this school on a long-term, full-time basis. We are always looking for KS1 teachers to join us at Hays, whether for supply, short-term, or long-term roles.

Your new role

This local Bristol school seeks a KS1 Teacher to join their vibrant team as soon as possible. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering lessons, preparing activities and tasks, and addressing student questions based on the lesson plan. You will be responsible for a class of 30 students, with a Teaching Assistant present. The TA is in class on a 1:1 basis with a student with Autism, so you will need to adapt lessons accordingly while engaging the entire class.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE)
  • Experience within the last 5 years
