Job description

Looking to teach without the full-time load but still make a big classroom impact? A lovely primary school in BS48 is on the lookout for a KS1 teacher to join the team two days a week—just Thursdays and Fridays.

You’ll be working closely with an experienced teacher, sharing the planning and marking (because nobody needs to do it all alone). There’s dedicated PPA time in place, and the school team is supportive, friendly, and genuinely cares about getting it right for their staff.

This role starts in September, working with a KS1 class on Thursdays and Fridays. The school values collaboration and offers proper support—including shared planning and time out of class for PPA.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher after better balance, or someone returning to the classroom part-time—we’d love to hear from you.
