Your Role

- As our new Year 1 Teacher with TLR, you will:

- Deliver consistently high-quality teaching to inspire and challenge pupils in Key Stage 1

- Take ownership of a key area of school development (subject to your strengths and experience – e.g. Phonics, Early Reading, or KS1 Assessment)

- Lead and support colleagues through coaching, modelling, and collaboration

- Monitor progress and raise standards within your subject/area of responsibility

- Contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking school culture

A proven outstanding teacher in Key Stage 1, ideally with recent experience in Year 1
A passionate educator with a deep understanding of early childhood development and the Year 1 curriculum
