Job Description:

Your new company

You will be working for a market leader that has exclusive partnerships with schools across Hailsham. Hays Education offers various teaching opportunities with our partner schools in the Hailsham area. These opportunities include permanent, long-term, or daily supply cover positions. Due to increased demand from local schools, we are seeking experienced primary teachers to fill multiple available positions.

Your new role

This role offers flexibility to suit your needs and teaching style. Working with Hays Education allows you to work full-time or part-time. You will have the opportunity to work in a range of schools, from small village schools to large, multi-form entry schools.

What you'll need to succeed

To qualify as a Primary Supply Teacher, you must have qualified teacher status or be completing your induction year. Recent classroom experience within the last five years and familiarity with recent curriculum changes are essential. You should be a creative and positive educator, adaptable to new environments and situations, and maintain a professional manner. Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with teaching assistants and staff.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a competitive daily wage based on your experience, along with holiday pay that can be taken at any time during the year. Free, up-to-date safeguarding training is provided. You may also join our 'guarantee pay scheme'. Working with various primary, infant, and junior schools, you will have a dedicated primary teaching consultant specializing in East Sussex. Additionally, referring colleagues can earn you £250 vouchers for each successful referral.
