Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
To qualify as a Primary Supply Teacher, you must have qualified teacher status or be completing your induction year. Recent classroom experience within the last five years and familiarity with recent curriculum changes are essential. You should be a creative and positive educator, adaptable to new environments and situations, and maintain a professional manner. Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with teaching assistants and staff.
