Job summary

Supply Heroes are hiring a passionate KS1 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Wolverhampton.

The role is available full-time or part-time, with ECTs welcome and a supportive environment to develop classroom practice, safeguarding and professional skills. You will plan and deliver KS1 lessons, differentiate for different needs and monitor pupil progress in a safe, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an ECT working towards/gaining QTS.
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and needs of young learners.
• Demonstrates effective classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil welfare.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Differentiate learning to meet diverse needs and support pupil progress.
• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to aid development.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to support learners.
