We are proud to be working with a large, inclusive primary school in Bournemouth, part of a highly regarded multi-academy trust, to recruit a Year 1 Class Teacher from September 2025. This is a full-time, fixed-term role for one academic year, designed to fully support your ECT journey – with the goal of you completing your first teaching year by 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic ECT looking to kickstart their teaching career in a vibrant, supportive, and forward-thinking school environment. For the right candidate, there will be potential for a permanent role beyond the initial year.
