Job summary

A temporary, part-time Key Stage 1 teaching post at Aston Fence Junior and Infant School, with a possible route to permanence and a January 2027 start. The work is delivering an engaging, creative curriculum to infant-age pupils, with high expectations for their achievement, behaviour and inclusion.

Working two and a half days a week, the post also involves contributing to wider school life and building relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching primary-aged children.
• Experience in Key Stage 1 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach within the Key Stage 1 phase.
• Deliver an engaging, creative and inclusive curriculum.
• Set and maintain high expectations for pupils' achievement, behaviour and inclusion.
