Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing small primary school in the heart of Chorley, who have approached us to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
This is a full-time position, initially offered on a temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent, providing the right candidate with a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role within a supportive and close-knit school community.
Key Stage 1 Class Teacher - full-time (Monday to Friday)
Start date: September 2025
Temp to perm opportunity
Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Working collaboratively with other staff and parents to support pupil development
A small, friendly primary school located centrally in Chorley
Strong community values and a child-centred ethos
Supportive senior leadership and committed staff team
Rated highly for pupil behaviour and parental engagement
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching within KS1
Passionate about making a difference in young learners' lives
Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
Able to work effectively as part of a small, supportive team
