The Role

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports children's social and emotional development.
Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform teaching.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS1.
A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to continuous professional development.
