KS1 Class Teacher Full Academic Year
Location: Primary School, Halesowen
Contract: Full-Time, September 2025 July 2026
Key Stage: KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2, depending on experience)
Are you a passionate and committed primary teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive school environment? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Halesowen is seeking a KS1 Class Teacher to join their team for the full academic year, starting September 2025.


About the Role:
This is a full-time class teacher position in KS1, where you will take full responsibility for the class, including:
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Marking and assessing pupils' work in line with school policies
• Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
• Contributing to the wider school community and supporting pupils well-being and development


Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2)
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
• Ability to plan, deliver and mark lessons independently
• A proactive, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
