Requirements

The desired Year 2/3 Teacher (YR2/3) will have:

• Experience teaching Year 2 or Year 3 - ideally both
• Experience or comfort teaching mixed year groups across two key stages
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong behaviour management strategies
• The ability to work effectively as part of a small team
• Willingness to support the school in various areas, such as extra-curricular activities and subject leadership
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
