Role Overview:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to the needs of your pupils. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities as a KS1 Teacher:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils.
• Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Promote positive behaviour and support social development.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff to support pupil progress.

Requirements for KS1 Teacher:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 pupils in a UK school setting is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
• Creativity and flexibility in teaching approaches.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
• A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
