We are currently seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to work across KS1 within primary schools in Coventry. The Role:

As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils aged 5–7 at a critical stage in their educational and emotional development. You will deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons that nurture curiosity, promote social development, and build strong foundations in literacy and numeracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum.
• Support the individual learning needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes early learning and development.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers, ensuring effective home–school communication.
• Contribute to school life and extracurricular activities, supporting pupils’ social and emotional growth.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching within a KS1 primary classroom setting (1+ year preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years and Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their development

To be considered for the higher end of the salary bracket, candidates should demonstrate:

• Professional Development: Continued professional development (CPD) including advanced training or certifications that enhance teaching practice.
