Job summary

Step Teachers is seeking a KS1 Supply Teacher for day-to-day cover across key stage 1. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum and adapting quickly to various school environments.

The ideal candidate holds QTS, has recent UK primary KS1 experience, and can manage diverse age groups with strong communication skills. DBS update service or willingness to apply is required.

Qualifications

• Holds qualified teacher status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools, particularly KS1.
• Confident across different age groups and settings.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexible, reliable and enthusiastic about supply teaching.
• Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one.
