Duties as KS1 Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality lessons to KS1 students in a range of subjects, ensuring a supportive and engaging classroom environment

• Manage student behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere

• Follow lesson plans provided, or adapt to ensure continued learning and progress

• Support individual student needs and ensure every child’s educational and emotional development is prioritised

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, supporting the wider school community when required

Ideal KS1 Teacher:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Has experience teaching KS1 students and a good understanding of the national curriculum

• Is adaptable, reliable, and confident in managing classroom behaviour

• Can build strong relationships with students and staff alike as a KS1 Teacher.

• Is committed to fostering an inclusive, engaging learning environment for all children
