Are you a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We’re working with a fantastic primary school in Ealing who are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their KS1 team full-time from May.
About the role:
Working closely with pupils in KS1 who require additional support
Providing 1:1 or small group support, both inside and outside the classroom
Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning strategies
Helping to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Monitoring progress and feeding back to the SENCo and teaching staff
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in a primary school setting
Have a calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Be adaptable and able to respond to the individual needs of pupils
Be a strong communicator and team player
