* Salary: Outer London MPS/UPS (£36,413 - £53,994 for 2024-2025)

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum for KS1
* Assess and track pupil progress, using this to inform planning and support
* Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children thrive
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, contributing to a strong team ethos and shared planning
* Support pupils with diverse backgrounds and needs, including EAL and SEND
* Take on subject leadership in a curriculum area such as Phonics, Early Literacy, or Science, with full support from SLT
* Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare at all times

Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has experience teaching within a UK primary school (KS1 experience preferred)
* Demonstrates a deep understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment strategies
* Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and care to their teaching
* Is reflective, adaptable, and eager to grow within a supportive school environment
* Values inclusion, cultural diversity, and working in partnership with families
* A second language is desirable but not essential, as the school serves a wonderfully multilingual community
