Are you a passionate and inspiring KS1 Teacher ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our welcoming primary school in Blackburn, starting this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or a highly motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to thrive in a supportive environment, shaping the foundational learning journeys of our Key Stage 1 pupils.

The Role:

As our new KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum, fostering a love for learning in our young pupils.
• Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and a positive attitude towards education.
• Assessing pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Implementing strong classroom and behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive and harmonious learning space.
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the holistic development of every child.
• Contributing to the overall positive ethos and values of our school.

About You:

• You hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• You have recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting, with a specific focus on Key Stage 1 (KS1).
• You possess excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• You are passionate about early years education and dedicated to supporting the academic and personal growth of young learners.
• You are adaptable, professional, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive support.
