TeacherActive Ltd. are partnering with a welcoming mainstream primary school in South Gloucestershire to recruit a Classroom Teacher for KS1. The role is full-time and long-term with an immediate start, focusing on delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils including those with SEND.

The successful candidate will have QTS, KS1 experience, and strong classroom management, with a flexible approach and excellent communication to contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• QTS is required for the role.
• Experience teaching KS1 and the Primary National Curriculum.
• SEND experience is desirable.
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging KS1 lessons to meet varied learning needs.
• Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND, in a nurturing environment.
• Maintain a positive, consistent learning environment and adapt to changing classroom needs.
