Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher for a January to July 2027 role with a friendly primary school in Tendring. The post includes support from an LSA and opportunities to share planning with a fellow teacher, within a multi-form entry, collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS and have KS1 experience, delivering engaging, creative lessons while fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Confident in delivering engaging and creative KS1 lessons.
• Good understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
• Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging KS1 lessons to a class with an LSA in the room.
• Share planning and resources with a fellow teacher.
