Job summary

Twynham Learning's Stourfield Infant School is seeking a full-time class teacher for KS1 on a fixed-term contract until August 2027. The role is suitable for ECTs and involves teaching Year R to Year 2 in a three-form entry school, with a strong focus on ensuring children feel safe, happy and motivated.

You will join a skilled staff team, contribute to a caring, collaborative learning environment, and uphold safeguarding policies while supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status.
• Experience of KS1 teaching.
• Recent experience with pupils with differing educational needs.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to relate to children in and out of the classroom.
• Inclusion and removing barriers to learning.
