KS1 Class Teacher - Class Teacher - Primary School Teacher - Education and Training - Basildon Position: KS1 Class Teacher Location:Basildon Salary Scale: £125-£240 per day (£24,375 - £46,800 per year), depending on experience and qualifications! (To scale)
Contract Type: Full-time (part time available)

Key Responsibilities of a KS1 Class Teacher:
Create Engaging Lessons: As a KS1 Class Teacher you will Develop and deliver creative and interactive lessons that cater to the unique needs of KS1 students.
Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and a love for learning.
Individualized Support: As a KS1 Class Teacher you will provide personalised support to students, ensuring each child's unique learning needs are met.
Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with fellow educators to create a cohesive and dynamic teaching team.
Parental Engagement: As a KS1 Class Teacher you will establish open communication with parents, fostering a strong partnership in the education of their children.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS1.
Sound knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Creative and innovative teaching approach, with a commitment to providing a stimulating learning environment.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students and promote inclusivity.
