We are working with a number of supportive and welcoming primary schools in and around King’s Lynn, seeking enthusiastic and reliable teachers to cover a range of roles across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in September 2025.

Duties as KS1/2 Teacher:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners

Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of pupils

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies

Differentiate teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils

Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise pupil progress

Liaise with parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and concerns

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including attending staff meetings and CPD

Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote the welfare of all children

Ideal KS1/2 Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2

Strong classroom management and a nurturing teaching style as a KS1/2 Teacher.

A flexible and proactive attitude

Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
