We are working with a number of supportive and welcoming primary schools in and around King’s Lynn, seeking enthusiastic and reliable teachers to cover a range of roles across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in September 2025.

Whether you’re an ECT looking to build your experience or an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!

Duties as KS1/2 Teacher:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners

• Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of pupils

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

• Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies

• Differentiate teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils

• Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise pupil progress

• Liaise with parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and concerns

• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including attending staff meetings and CPD

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote the welfare of all children

Ideal KS1/2 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2

• Strong classroom management and a nurturing teaching style as a KS1/2 Teacher.

• A flexible and proactive attitude

• Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
