Job description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedKS1/KS2 Teacherto join a team at a vibrant school. The successful candidate will inspire and support young learners acrossKey Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, fostering a love for learning and ensuring high-quality education for all pupils. This role is for September 2025.

Duties as a KS1/2 Teacher:

  • Plan and deliverengaging and differentiated lessonsin line with theNational Curriculum.
  • Support pupils indeveloping key literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills.
  • Create apositive and inclusive classroom environmentthat nurtures confidence and independence.
  • Use a variety ofteaching methods and resourcesto support diverse learning needs.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
  • Work collaboratively withcolleagues, teaching assistants, and parentsto enhance pupil development.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, includingextracurricular activities, school events, and trips.

Ideal KS1/2 Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)or equivalent.
  • A degree inEducationor a relevant subject.
  • Experience teachingKS1 and/or KS2in a primary school setting.
  • Strongclassroom management and communication skills as a KS1/2 Teacher.
  • A passion forchild development and innovative teaching.
  • ADBS check(or willingness to obtain one).
