This is a nurturing, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school looking to appoint a dedicated Head Teacher to lead a KS1 and KS2 provision. Duties as KS1/2 Head Teacher:

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management across KS1 and KS2
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all learners
• Inspire high-quality teaching and learning, raising standards and ensuring strong pupil progress
• Empower staff through effective leadership, coaching, and professional development
• Promote strong links with parents, carers, and the wider community
• Uphold and develop the school’s ethos, vision, and values
• Maintain rigorous safeguarding and wellbeing practices
• Manage resources efficiently and ensure financial sustainability

Ideal KS1/2 Head Teacher:

• Have proven leadership experience, ideally as a Head, Deputy, or senior leader in a primary setting
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum and pedagogy
• Are strategic thinkers with a clear commitment to inclusive, child-centred education
• Are confident communicators and skilled team builders as a KS1/2 Head Teacher
• Are passionate about inspiring staff and pupils to be the best they can be
