Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Time and Attendance System User to join us as we move into Peak at our flagship site in Corby, The WEB, Rockingham. This role will see the successful candidate focus on the Kronos system, absence and associated administration

You will have experience in adding schedules, managing daily exceptions, reconciling absence and general maintenance. The individual will need to work closely with the operations team to support the accurate capturing of time and attendance in what is a very busy and ever changing environment.

This role is initially site based, once the site is in a steady state in terms of Kronos and absence management, the role will be able to be worked hybrid with two days remote.

Experience:

• Working in a similar environment with Kronos is essential
• Experience managing absence and reconciling reported levels with actual levels in the warehouse
• Able to work at a fast paced in an ever changing environment
• Experience of using Oracle HCM would be advantageous
• Experience of supporting with the management of absence would also be advantageous.
