YO AI Labs is seeking a Korean Language Expert on a contractor basis to contribute linguistic expertise to AI training and evaluation. You will evaluate, translate, annotate Korean content to help AI models understand and generate natural, culturally appropriate language.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Korean language with strong linguistic sense.
• Bilingual ability Korean–English for accurate communication.
• Background in linguistics or translation preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
• Experience with content evaluation, localization, and feedback is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate Korean-language content for accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance.
• Analyze Korean and English content for natural usage, grammar, tone, and idiomatic accuracy.
• Provide linguistic feedback and annotations to improve AI models’ outputs.
• Translate and localize content between Korean and English prioritizing meaning over literal translation.
• Collaborate with project participants to improve data collection and annotation processes.
• Develop language guidelines and resources for AI training and evaluation.
• Communicate project progress and challenges clearly on a regular basis.
