Korean/English Speaking Customer Service Agent

Location: Work From Home

Type: 12-18 Month Contract

Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 1am-10am

Responsibilities

Our client are looking to recruit Bilingual Korean/English Speaking Customer Service Agents for their exciting new campaign. This is an ongoing temporary role, working from home, full time.

  • Managing the relationship and briefing requirements
  • Answering email and calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns
  • To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in the required format
  • To liaise with customers as part of the project co-ordination processes
  • Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
