Job summary

Loughborough University’s Research and Innovation Office seeks a proactive professional to scope, plan and manage Knowledge Transfer Partnerships with academic, public, private, and voluntary sector partners. You will oversee project lifecycles from proposal through reporting within the Partnership Development Team to deliver impactful innovations.

As part of the Research & Innovation Office, you’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, secure funding, negotiate contracts, and ensure milestones

Qualifications

• Experience developing and securing Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) or similar knowledge exchange funding.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder across academics, businesses, funders and stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan and manage projects that develop and implement processes, products and services for collaborative partners.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Knowledge Transfer Projects, including drafting funding applications, recruitment, contract negotiation, progress meetings and final reporting.
