Knowledge Paralegal - Securitisation and Debt Capital Markets (12m FTC)

We are recruiting for a Knowledge Paralegal (Securitisation and Debt Capital Markets) to join the Financing Department.

The Financing group acts for a broad range of clients and handles various types of work, including loan finance, debt capital markets, securitisation, derivatives, and restructuring and insolvency. The focus of this role will be primarily on securitisation, with additional responsibilities in debt capital markets. You will work closely with Knowledge Lawyers in the group and liaise with partners and associates across the Financing Stream.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //

  • Monitoring legal and market developments
  • Assisting with securitisation market and regulatory updates
  • Conducting legal and market research
  • Updating the practice intranet site
  • Gathering know-how and precedents and uploading them to the know-how systems
  • Organising team meetings and training sessions
  • Assisting fee earners with queries
  • Supporting fee earning tasks if required

CANDIDATE PROFILE //

Candidates should have experience in a similar role within a professional services environment or demonstrate a strong interest and enthusiasm to develop knowledge in debt capital markets and securitisation. Essential qualities include:
