This role sits within the Knowledge Team and supports the firm’s AI initiatives by translating identified AI use cases into clear, practical, fee-earner led processes that surface, structure and stress test fee-earner expertise using AI tools.
As a paralegal you will work with the Knowledge Director, the wider Knowledge Team, and directly with fee‑earners to create guidance that sets out how to use AI well in practice: what inputs to prepare, what prompts to use, how to constrain and interrogate outputs, and include appropriate guardrails professional judgement must be applied.
In order to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and to ensure success in the role, we envisage regular presence in our London office.
Applicants can expect a welcoming two‑way interview process, where there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the opportunity and to discover more about life at the firm.
