Overview

The firm is seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer to join its leading M&A practice group in London. The role involves supporting the delivery of a wide range of knowledge resources for lawyers working in M&A and Emerging Companies. The position is based in the London office and may offer a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor legal, regulatory, and market developments, and communicate updates through bulletins, training sessions, or other formats
  • Draft and maintain standard forms, templates, guidance notes, and other knowledge tools to support market leading legal work
  • Contribute to the group's training programmes, including substantive legal training and onboarding support
  • Analyse market trends and assist in preparing internal market surveys
  • Support the development and delivery of thought leadership content, including drafting and editing articles
  • Participate in external forums and engage with the wider legal community to stay informed on industry developments
  • Provide ad hoc legal and technical support to attorneys across the practice group
Profile

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • A Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent)
  • At least five years' post-qualification experience in M&A at a leading international law firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects independently
  • The firm has a well-established knowledge management programme with clear career progression pathways. While the expectation is for candidates to have 5+ years PQE, applications from those with significant experience in the field are also welcomed.
