Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a senior knowledge engineer transitioning to a team lead role. You will design and implement knowledge graph solutions, from ingestion to deployment, and guide junior engineers across the lifecycle.

You will work with clients and cross-functional teams, applying RDF/SPARQL, graph databases, and NLP techniques to build scalable AI-enabled data architectures. This role requires hands-on technical leadership with cloud experience and a strong collaboration across

Qualifications

Experience with Knowledge Graph technologies (RDF, SPARQL, LPG, SHACL).
Experience in schema design, ontology management, and KG curation.
Designing and developing KG solutions and graph-based ML models (functional + technical).
End-to-end data pipeline implementation for AI apps (esp. LLMs) with hands-on design and configuration.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, object stores, graph databases, and vector databases.
Leadership/commercial experience not required at this band.

Responsibilities

Build Knowledge Graph components contributing to transforming a client's data architecture.
Design, develop, and implement AI and semantic solutions integrated with the broader system.
Collaborate with project team and delivery leads.
Build solid relationships with client counterparts on their workstream.
Assemble evidence for the recommended semantic layer solution.
Support Accenture sales efforts when called on.
Develop skills in cutting-edge Data & AI solutions and share with the team.
