Your role involves reviewing escalations, delivering training, and participating in meetings focused on best practices and quality themes. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and promote adherence to policies and procedures, encouraging a learning and risk-aware approach within the team.

  • Solid understanding of KYC policies, anti-money laundering regulations, and jurisdictional requirements
  • Ability to apply regulatory standards to complex cases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Experience collaborating with teams in Onshore locations
