Overview
We are looking for a candidate with previous Receptionist experience, or similar Admin/Clerical Support experience or Customer/Patient Service experience, to provide an efficient and comprehensive service delivery to patients, staff and visitors, across the Mental Health and Learning Disability services. This post will be based at the Main Reception at Clerkseat Building, Royal Cornhill Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and comprehensive service delivery to patients, staff and visitors across Mental Health and Learning Disability services.
- Maintain accurate recording of information and use office equipment (e.g., computer, emails) to support daily reception operations.
- Deal with the demands of a busy reception with excellent communication, confidentiality and a sensitive approach to clients.
- Work as part of a team on a 4-week rota system, contracted to work two out of four weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with shift patterns any time between 7am and 10pm.
Qualifications
- Qualified in Higher Grade Secretarial or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 Standard Grades or equivalent including English.
- Experience in Reception/Admin/Clerical Support or Customer/Patient Service is desirable.
