An established industry player is seeking an enthusiastic Band 3 Clinical Support Worker to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team in a busy acute admission ward. Davan Ward currently requires an enthusiastic Band 3 Clinical Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. Davan ward is a busy 22-bedded mixed-sex, acute admission ward for patients with functional illnesses. Applicants should demonstrate awareness and be willing to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the Older Adult Psychiatry service. This is a rotational post. The successful candidate should be motivated, demonstrate a commitment towards participation in the continued development of patient-focused care whilst fostering a therapeutic ward environment. The ability to lead by example and support the ongoing development of others is desirable. This position offers broad experience across many domains in a challenging but rewarding healthcare environment. Experience in a Clinical Support Worker role is essential.
