Position Details

Davan Ward requires an enthusiastic RMHN to join our multidisciplinary team. The ward is a busy 22-bedded mixed-sex, acute admission ward for patients with functional illnesses. The role involves adapting to the changing needs of the Older Adult Psychiatry service. This is a rotational post, and an RMN qualification is essential.

The successful candidate should be motivated, committed to patient-focused care, and capable of fostering a therapeutic ward environment. Leadership skills and the ability to support the development of others are desirable. This position offers broad experience in a challenging yet rewarding healthcare environment, suitable for those interested in serving the diverse and complex needs of the elderly and their carers.
