An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic nurse who is seeking a new challenge within a community outreach team.
The team provides post-diagnostic education and support for people who have been diagnosed with dementia and also offers valuable support to carers. The post holder would be involved in post-diagnostic support within the north Aberdeenshire area. The post is based in Fraserburgh; however, extensive travel will be involved. Car owner/access to a car and driving license essential; travel expenses will be paid.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload are essential to this post.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates.
