Job Role:

We seek an Email Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years agency experience in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Onboarding: Participate in client onboarding to ensure all necessary resources are gathered.
  2. Content Creation: Develop content calendars for clients by the first week of the month, ensuring approval by the client. Include all content created for clients, whether it’s email, SMS, or other services. Create flow maps and strategies for clients. Develop copy and design briefs with inspiration from resources like Milled, Mailcharts, and Really Good Emails. Create popups and lead magnets for clients.
  3. Client Communication: Respond to clients according to communication guidelines. Create and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with clients.
  4. Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis for Klaviyo and Shopify accounts to understand clients better.
  5. Quality Control: Perform final quality checks before sharing emails with clients and scheduling them. Build flow skeletons and collaborate with designers. Share content with QA before client review and address issues.
  6. Email Management: Schedule emails, manage pop-ups, troubleshoot account issues.
  7. Designer Coordination: Ensure designers follow agency rules, such as using Monday.com and storing content in Dropbox daily.
  8. Client Engagement: Keep clients engaged and excited about progress. Subscribe to at least five competitors’ newsletters per client to stay informed about industry trends. Use resources like Milled, Mailcharts, and Really Good Emails for inspiration.
  9. Account Maintenance: Maintain clean accounts by archiving (never deleting) inactive flows/campaigns. Conduct regular checks to ensure accounts are tidy.
