The Role:
- Ensure breakfast and buffet are prepared and presented to a high standard
- Deliver excellent quality products to enhance guest experiences and leave a lasting impression
- Assist with food cost controls
- Manage and supervise staff if required
- Maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination in all work areas
- Prepare all mis-en-place for breakfast and other meal periods
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest queries
- Ensure food quality and storage are maintained
- Contribute to cost control and departmental targets
- Assist other departments as needed and foster good relationships
- Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
- Comply with security, fire, health, safety, and food safety regulations
