The Role:

As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will be responsible for cleaning and inspecting guest rooms and bathrooms, vacuuming rooms and corridors, and replenishing linens, towels, and amenities according to company standards.

You will liaise with different departments, update room status systems, and ensure high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.

Additional tasks include performing deep cleaning, restocking supplies, monitoring housekeeping procedures, managing lost and found, reporting room issues, and maintaining environmental and safety standards.

You will also handle guest requests promptly, assist other departments, and foster good working relationships.
