The Role:
What will I be doing?
- Maintaining cleanliness in all public areas, including lobby, fitness centre, laundry, corridors, and stairwells
- Cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities as needed
- Vacuuming corridors and stairways
- Changing and replenishing towels and amenities according to guidelines
- Performing deep cleaning tasks regularly
- Restocking and maintaining cleaning trolley daily
- Reporting missing or damaged items for repair or replacement
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Being environmentally conscious in cleaning practices
- Disposing of waste properly
- Handling guest requests efficiently
- Following security, fire regulations, and health & safety laws
- Managing lost property procedures
- Assisting other departments and maintaining good relationships
