The Role:

What will I be doing?

  • Maintaining cleanliness in all public areas, including lobby, fitness centre, laundry, corridors, and stairwells
  • Cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities as needed
  • Vacuuming corridors and stairways
  • Changing and replenishing towels and amenities according to guidelines
  • Performing deep cleaning tasks regularly
  • Restocking and maintaining cleaning trolley daily
  • Reporting missing or damaged items for repair or replacement
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Being environmentally conscious in cleaning practices
  • Disposing of waste properly
  • Handling guest requests efficiently
  • Following security, fire regulations, and health & safety laws
  • Managing lost property procedures
  • Assisting other departments and maintaining good relationships
