You will help develop innovation in Own Exclusive Brands (OEB), be more agile in new product development and drive performance across the range. Responsibilities

• Coordinate, collect and centralise data and actions for the range category within timescales.
• Analyse current OEB product and customer trends/data.
• Advise and bring quick solutions to stakeholders to optimise category performance and execution.
• Act as key contact for the category, communicating across the wider matrix team and across the Banners.
• Optimise ways of working to improve the workflow within the category.
