Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited in Scotland is seeking an enthusiastic Home Surveyor to conduct accurate surveys for kitchens and bedrooms. You will capture measurements, record data securely under GDPR, and provide expert advice to ensure a smooth installation and excellent customer experience.

Role involves a 40-hour week, evenings and some weekends, with a base salary of £29,000 and a possible quarterly bonus of up to £2,000, bringing earnings up to £37,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (Essential).
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Highly organised with ability to manage workload and priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Driven, analytical and proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience using CAD or planner software (desirable).
• DBS check required after selection; criminal record considered on individual basis.

Responsibilities

• Carry out accurate home surveys for kitchens and bedrooms, capturing measurements and technical details.
• Record survey information electronically in line with GDPR requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through expert advice and high-quality surveys.
• Help reduce errors and improve efficiency to ensure a seamless installation experience.
