Premier Inn Ashby De La Zouch is hiring a Kitchen Team Member. This role covers breakfast and dinner service, helping to prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals, and keep the kitchen clean and ready for the next rush. It’s a hands-on role where every shift matters to guest experience.

You’ll work 10 contracted hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour, with evenings and weekends required. This permanent position offers stability and the chance to grow with Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.

• Receive deliveries and keep stock in the correct place.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Help ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
