Job summary

You don’t need prior hotel experience; reliability and teamwork are valued. The role is permanent, 20 contracted hours per week, with evenings and weekends included, at Premier Inn Carlisle (M6 Jct 42).

Qualifications

• Hotel experience not required.

• Flexible with evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
