Job summary

Premier Inn in Gloucester Business Park is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay. You’ll work as part of a team, with mornings and evenings shifts that include weekends, ensuring meals look and taste great.

No hotel experience is required—many come from supermarkets, cafés, pubs or hospitality. We’ll train you and support your development within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Reliable and team oriented, able to stay calm during busy periods.
• Willing to learn and follow food safety guidelines.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and store stock appropriately.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking presentable.
